give or send us details of any message / card that you would like to include with your order.

OTHER FORMS OF PAYMENT
We also accept orders
posted to us with payments by cheque or bankers draft.
You can use your own document or print the order form from our
web site.
Please ensure that you supply:
(a) The name/code of the item ordered
(b) The name, address and tel
no of the sender.
(c) Any message to be sent with the order.
(d) The name, address and tel no (if known) of the recipient of the gift.

Payment clearance - Please note that your payment must clear our bank before your order can be dispatched
DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch your
purchase within (14 – 21) working days of clearance of your order.
A signature will be required on delivery of
your gift. If the courier is unable to find someone to accept delivery of the gift, they will either deliver to a neighbour
or leave a card at the address for the recipients to make contact.
If the recipient fails to make contact in good time,
the goods are returned to Celebration Products and a charge will
be made for re-delivery to the original or an alternative address.

Due to export restrictions on deliveries outside the UK, please contact us first.
Celebration Products will exercise every reasonable effort to meet any quoted or agreed dispatch date. Celebration Products shall not however be liable for any loss or damage due to delays or failure to
dispatch, resulting from any cause beyond it’s reasonable control, such as but not limited to, securing necessary export
licenses, compliance with the laws of regulation, acts of god, acts of omission of the purchaser, acts of military authority,
judicial action, defaults of subcontractors or suppliers, labour disputes, failure or delays in transportation, embargos,
wars or riots.
DAMAGED GOODS
Our gifts are dispatched by specialist couriers to ensure careful
handling and to eliminate delivery of damaged goods.
If the goods are damaged the PURCHASER should contact Celebration Products within 3 days of receipt of goods.
RETURNS POLICY
Damaged goods must be returned to our address
suitably packaged. Celebration Products will replace or refund the
items concerned.
CANCELLATIONS
You
can cancel an order before it is dispatched or within 7 days of receipt, by telephoning +44(0) 7889 646260 or emailing info@graduationgifts4u.net stating your order reference number.
We will refund your payment within 30 days if cancellation is:
(a) Before
despatch. A full refund minus any administration costs will be credited.
(b) Within 7 days of receipt of the goods. A
full refund will be credited minus the cost for any administration, any goods that cannot be resold and any items which have
been damaged.
The goods must be returned in good condition and suitably packaged to Celebrations Products mailing address.
